Service scope

VPNOU provides international-route subscriptions for cross-border access, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service includes access to the routes covered by an active subscription and a subscription management area in the user panel. Client installation packages are available in the panel only to active subscribers; subscription details can be viewed after logging in.

Subscriptions do not include memberships, content licenses or account access for third-party websites or apps. Access to specific content also depends on the target platform's regional policies, account status and rules. Purchasing a subscription does not grant permission to use those platforms.

Account and subscription rules

No email address is required; registration uses a username and password. Keep your password, subscription link and order details secure, and do not post subscription information on public pages. If your credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and request assistance through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for use by the account holder on devices they own or are authorized to manage. The absence of a device limit does not permit sharing accounts with other users, distributing subscriptions or reselling route access. You may not package this service as another subscription product or provide paid connections to third parties without authorization.

Billing and refunds

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check the plan, amount and billing method before confirming your order.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. To apply, log in to the relevant account and use the user panel ticket system to state that you want a refund and provide your order details. No proof of dissatisfaction is required. Customer support will verify the payment record and help process the request. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; no fixed arrival time is promised.

Lawful use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they live and where they use the service, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service may not be used for fraud, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property, distribution of unlawful content, malicious attacks, unauthorized system access or similar activities.

Do not harm other users' ability to use the service by abusing connections, making large volumes of malicious requests or disrupting route operations. Users are responsible for the content they transmit and the actions they take. VPNOU provides network connectivity and does not determine whether third-party content or transactions are lawful.

Service availability and limits of responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by your local network, carrier routing, the status of destination websites and your device configuration. Route maintenance, upstream network changes, events beyond reasonable control or changes to third-party services may interrupt connections or change the available routes. The service does not guarantee connectivity at all times, in all regions or with every target app, nor does it guarantee a fixed speed.

If an issue occurs, submit a ticket with details of the problem so it can be investigated. VPNOU cannot resolve matters outside the service's control, such as restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, content changes or faults with a user's device. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits doing so.

Account termination and changes to these terms

For accounts involved in resale or sharing, unlawful use or ongoing disruption of service operations, VPNOU may suspend the relevant access based on the risk, then restore or terminate the service after reviewing the situation. Emergency action may require an immediate suspension. Users who disagree with the outcome may explain the situation and request a review through a ticket. Account actions do not affect rights granted by law.

Revisions to these terms will be posted on this page, and the updated month will be shown at the top. Important changes to subscription benefits will be explained in a site announcement or the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce confirmed refund rights. If you have questions about the revised terms or do not accept them, contact support through a ticket before continuing to use the service.
